The four Bourdillas brothers manage the winery collectively. Philippe, the eldest, joined the family company after finishing law school. He is in charge of the cellar and vinification of the wine.
François, the second born, has an accounting degree. He works in the bookkeeping and administrative department.
Vincent the third son, joined the vineyard after training in mechanics. He is responsible with his son Nicolas, in maintaining our production facility and running the mechanical workshop.
Bernard, the youngest, studied viticulture in Beaune. He is in charge of viticulture decisions and assists Philippe in the cellar.
All the company members are specialist in their field.
